CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Undertaking a construction project or an entire real estate development project is an exciting endeavour and susceptible to a high return on investment for the Developer or the Builder. However, construction projects' profits are always diminished without the project teams even noticing. Some of the main causes of reducing the construction projects' profit include lack of clear project objectives definition, schedule delay, and cost overrun.

1. To provide practical project management knowledge on defining and documenting the project objectives during the project initiation and planning phases.

The course is provided in an in-person format for a maximum of 10 participants per cohort.

Chrys has 18 years of experience in Construction Project Management and Cost Consulting and holds a Master's Degree in Building Science, a Degree in Construction Management, a Diploma in Construction Engineering and a Certificate in Construction Project Management.
